In becoming a member of HiCHRP, you join the solidarity movement for human rights in the Philippines. You may choose to engage in various forms of solidarity: organizing and hosting events such as webinars and forums on human rights in the Philippines, financially supporting the building of indigenous schools in the Philippines, conducting lobby visits to oppose the U.S. intervention in the Philippines and the U.S. funding of Philippine military using your tax dollars, participating in vigils for peace and justice, and going to the Philippines to participate in human rights fact-finding missions and learning tours, among many other opportunities. You also become part of our solidarity work for global movement for justice and peace.
