The Hawai'i Committee for Human Rights in the Philippines
(HiCHRP) is a Hawaii-based group of individuals concerned about the human rights situation and committed to working for a lasting peace based on justice in the Philippines. It is a member-organization of the International Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines, a global solidarity movement for human rights in the Philippines.
We also recognize that integral to HiCHRP’s human rights work is making connections and working in solidarity with the local struggles of the peoples of Hawaii people against demilitarization and decolonization, and indigenous peoples’ rights, migrants' rights, land and water rights, among others.
